Consultation Fee: A non-refundable consultation fee may be required at the time of booking your appointment. This fee will be applied towards your services if you choose to sign a contract for services with the Ramos Firm.

1. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your initial consultation fee, and you will be required to pay for a new consultation.

2. Consultation Format: All consultations are conducted telephonically. If you prefer a video consultation, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to request this option.

3. Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked and the consultation fee is processed, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment details.
